    Dynavap VapCap

I really like Red-Eye products for vape stems and stuff, because: safe materials (stainless steel/titanium) reasonably priced high quality machining A compact cooling maze system wrapped around a chunk of metal that I've never been able to overpower So when they released the mini, I...

    Firefly 1, 2, 2+

On demand convection, 21700, with the same styling as the OG in red/chrome. It's never going to happen but I can dream.

    Pax - All Models

It sounds like you are using and enjoying the pax plus the same way that I use and enjoy my pax 2! Half bowl lid is the way to go to get the best performance, I feel. I think the pax gets a bad rap for being "wasteful" of herb, because of sticker shock loading so much into it, as well as people...

Insights on a first vape, do I get a Roffu or straight in with a Tinymight2?

I had a roffu for a year or more, before switching to the V3Pro earlier this year. It's far better in most way's to it's more "luxurious" big brother. Roffu is a nice device BUT: -maddening UI, not the least of which is the 5 clicks to turn on and off -slow warmup -slow "bootup". I can't...

    Magic flight Laser Dab Box?

If that's a 1.2v direct drive red laser of that size, with no laser cooling, that heats a reflective surface enough to dab, I'd ask if it was bought from the Men In Black. I'm not MIB but my keen knowledge of circuits tells me it's still being heated normally, with the laser piggybacked on for...

Anyone able to still smoke and vape?

And you don't inhale cigars. So it's different to cannabis where you inhale the smoke.

    VaporGenie

Even with the Stainless Steel Bat? Even when it's 2 or 3 rips at a time? I can see an aluminum bat getting that warm, and according to @hillbill the aluminum base of the standard pipe doesn't get too hot to hold. Sure, on those the heat exchanger is separate in an insulator like wood, but the...

    VaporGenie

So, I'm pretty obsessed with the VG at this point. Absolutely impressed with the device and how well it performs, and totally addicted to the user experience. Though very analog, the technique is easy to pick up for basic operation. From there it's just a little minigame of dancing the flame...

    Focus V Aeris

I don't have any of these type of devices and a huge dab would probably murder me, so therefore am less experienced than that guy. But, aren't you supposed to keep the aeris perpendicular to gravity for it to work best? All the devices with atomizers like this are designed for the cup to stay...

    Dani Fusion by Battery-free Ganz

Saliva is loaded with bacteria and, like water, doesn't help the orings and whatnot. Just get some wax. I have so much from dynavaps and wood vapes and everything. It's the right tool for this job, and is something you should have.

    Arizer Solo 3

Clever. You could do the same with the Solo 3. Or you could just insert it all the way when ever you want to take a rip and immediately remove the stem after. Both ways keep the stem away from the conduction heat source of the solo and let you pull hot air instead of radiant heat.

    Vaphit Quartz Cap -

Nice job trying that! Didn't work for me, again saving me an impulse buy i probably wouldn't use.

    Arizer Solo 3

You should doubt manufacturers more often. It's fairly common that they misrepresent or get specs wrong, and arizer is no exception. In the case of the Solo, it's less what mode you are in and more how you manipulate the stem. If you only have the stem in while drawing, you'll get more...

    Vaphit Quartz Cap -

Yep, I don't even have a mastercard anymore, so I just saved myself $30 I didn't need to spend.

List of conduction, battery-powered and high temperature vaporizers

Yep, I mean the Xmax V3 Pro. The new ones easily get to combustion temps, and extract super old and dry herb that won't vape in anything else. Where I'd run the roffu at 428F, I never go above 380F on the V3 Pro (unless it's windy and subfreezing temps outside). I'll let you know the results if...

    Vaphit Quartz Cap -

Thanks for the kindness and care in providing usage tips! I gave it another try last night, using a small duel torch lighter, with these tips, and WOW. I. Get. It. (vaphit) I. Get. It. (hash!) All those orings are clutch, and I love cobbling things together and don't have any of these sizes...

    Vaphit Quartz Cap -

I got my vaphit a week or two, combusted first time, and put it away (clean). I really need to give it another chance, and now need to try it with hash. Anyone else find these orings are really soft and weak? They keep coming off the ridges when I take the cap off, or bunching up. Basically...

List of conduction, battery-powered and high temperature vaporizers

Very interested in this, as I have a lot of hash and it's not the most straightforward to consume. Right now I'm getting best results in the bfg dani v2/v3. I also have a Starry 3 I can't sell, that I should probably push into this role, and a pax 2. I also think that hash in dosing caps for the...

    Arizer Solo 3

Do you have to do that weird button combo to unlock every time you want to use the Solo 3? Do you have to go through a bunch of menus to select what mode you want to be in? What is the shortest path from picking it up cold to vaporizing?

Anyone able to still smoke and vape?

I accidentally combusted last night and was reminded of the following: How painful inhaling smoke is. How much smell is generated from the smoke and how it lingers for hours How the device, your hands, everything, immediately smells gross and is impossible to get clean How it is absolutely...
