I have 2 questions if someone would be so kind to chime in!
Does anyone know if it's bad to charge a battery that's let's say only half full? I use a nitecore D2 and low power mode if that makes a difference.
Also, is it okay to clean any part of the hopper AND battery with 91% iso?

I am curious about this, too...
I do not know the nature of the composition of the battery, but it sure doesn't seem to be Lithium Ion. If so, then it's typical that you have to run down the battery fully between charges.
But without knowing exactly
what it's made of, that will likely be a question GHL can only answer accurately.
Interesting I have sent 4 emails to
support@grasshoppervape.com and still NOTHING!! It has been a week now. I will try the other contacts but I think its really bad service and hope I dont have to send my units back for any reason because I could be waiting a long, long time. Hope they have not gone belly up already?
Have you emailed back and forth with them before? Have you checked that there aren't emails getting caught by a spam filter or similar?
I haven't had to email them for a while now, thankfully, but I always have gotten quick replies when I did.
Tried Support, Caroline , Trevor email address but I did get a response via FB (dont like the way the world is heading lol)
I too have been waiting for a sign of life on both my email(s) to Caroline and my Warranty Request, and hearing that they're active on FaceBook is, well, it's just wrong.
IMHO, The weakest link in the chain is the battery. If GHL doesn't have a solid source (and second-source) of supply for it, there will be
plenty of FB posts for Trevor to read while he's sipping tequila by the pool.
I don't use FB (I call it Assbook).
Has anyone posted on FB to simply ask, WTF is going on with the dropped communications?!
