I got 3 batteries with my TM2 back in November when I bought it and seems like they are not holding as much charge as they did after this short time. It is the summer now so it might be the heat and yes I do use my TM2 constantly all day everyday but I expected a bit more from the batteries.

I think it is if you take the cap off too soon after using it and it is still hot making the O rings get all messed up by moving them when they are hot so they end up all out of shape.

maybe you are not heating it up as much as the rest of us? or keeping the o rings much lower down?

I lick them as well but after reading this I think I might stop doing it. Like the O rings are complete garbage and I have put extra ones on it over old ones just to keep the glass on after licking them.
