This picture is good for showing the new design of the button. Not a huge difference but i do think it looks better (and shorter) with the tapered edge.

Zero q-tips or fingers were hurt during this procedure....
I do use a little hard brush (and a toothbrush) to scrub between the teeth before the last ISO bath but no qtips or fingers..
I leave the (ceramic)...

You sure about the seal of the o-ring holding the stem? Tried screwing in some more to compress the o-ring? Or tried a fresh one?
Sometimes these o-rings might get worn out over time compromising an airtight seal.
Does the wood get hot/warm as usual when using it or do you think the heater...
I agree that would be standard practice but can't help but feel that in this particular case this has a huge impact on the resale value.
I mean: some of the updates seem to be used to sift out units that have some kind of malfunction leaving them stuck in an error mode when doing the update. So...
