I have a xtar rocket, it was under 20 quid, charges 2 batteries both at 2A and is proper solid. Its taken some pretty good beatings daily for about 8 years and still works perfectly.

I can't think of anything specific... just plug in the charger and shove in the battery. If there are A (amp) options on the charger the higher settings (1 or 2 normally) will charge faster. Also worth mentioning maybe, with molicel... they're good batteries but the positive tip is prone to...

Just got a wooden stir tool from azzwood customs. Its really well made and looks great in the TM to my eyes. Ans as a bonus it stops that horrible led shining up through the holes in the OEM one.

I wish they would make a TM2 "luxe" type thing, with stainless instead of aluminium, a darker wood and even customisable accessories. I dread to think what the price would be though.

Also interested if anybody has tried the enhanced. Not a fan of the look but interested in how it performs. They have turned an unwieldy thing of beauty into a something (probably) very efficient and (IMHO) very ugly.

Me again. I used to listen to this almost daily in my teens and 20s. I'd kind of forgotton about it for the last 20 years, and found it again yesterday. Possibly the best song ever. Fucking awesome!

It's not the glass and wood elements to be fair, it's the button and (I'm guessing) the internals. I do agree with the accuracy thing, but I could live with that. But the button feels like it might stick in or pop out if I looked at it funny. Nice! Hopefully it was just a run of bad luck and...

Not to detract from the TM2, which is my favourite device by far.... nor the maker, who seems like a very decent fellow, and is clearly a dry herb vapourising genius. But it seems to me they're quite fragile. I can't fault the maker, he's fixed it twice, for free, without any complaint or...

I have an IQ2. It's very portable and very robust, and you can dial in the right temperature. However it takes ages to heat up in comparison to other devices I have. A couple of minutes I think, though I haven't timed it. I reach for my legacy pro more often, because it performs slightly...

FWIW I think the IQ2 had a 10 year warranty or something... so it might be worth videoing the problem and seeing if you can send it back. Sounds like a nightmare.

Ouch :( Does the IQ2 battery work in other devices, and does the IQ2 still behave the same, even if you put a different battery in?
