Man I love the Piro. It's kind of like one of RWW's clever glass vapes refined to absolute perfection and then dressed up as a gorgeous little brick. Love that it uses a joint and basket for a really great sized bowl (and a bigger one just below), and that it can drive any size glass or even...

Sure, why not? I was thinking more flame-powered but unregulated vapes require you to engage them to a similar degree. I use an intuitive method to time my Brute which is very manual feeling. Besides, I'm sure I'll forget and post something too! ; ) Man, that Convection Cap looks awesome on...

I think you kinda have to think about them as being two different uses. I turn down quite a bit when I go direct and I've learned to even the top rather than tamping and to pack a little less than full. I go through water most of the time but direct is just kind of its own fun thing to master.

MagSink works really well, too. I use a leather band for the TA1 and the ScruffyWoofers stand. that thing's like essential gear (let him know it's for the TA1, though, so he can modify it to fit).

I don't use it a lot but it's pretty fun--I've used it with my @CDXX Pipes Convectorium and it'll drive that without a hitch. I could see it being a DD for someone, though, cuz it's so easy.

Speaking of glass Vapor Genies, the Sherlock is fantastic. It's so easy to use it feels like cheating and the vapor quality is that of a glass Brick. Best thing is the heater fits any 18mm bowl and scales up to lungbuster with no effort. One of the finest direct-torched vapes for sure.

No, that's the CL "glass bowl" but do get that one! The JoDa Glassworks bowl is made by an FC glassblower @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd . Here's some info: https://fuckcombustion.com/threads/couchlog.51564/page-60#post-1771110

I'd recommend the bowl to anyone considering the CL. The stems are essential but the bowl is as well, I feel. The distance really helps manage the extra restriction of a water pipe, providing a more even roast. There's also the extra capacity, really great flavor, etc. I use the bowl (or the...

    Thermal Accumulator by phattpiggie

To me the biggest difference besides airflow is that the TA3 (and presumably 4) can just soak up the heat with very little chance of combustion (within reason). The TA1 was a little more touchy in that regard but I haven't combusted since the first night with it. As far as the airflow is...

Vapman for me is the King of the manuals. Not the most powerful, usually, but with legendary flavor, wonderful effects, and true uniqueness. It's an uncanny object, often talked about as though it had life or a soul. I hope everyone will get the chance to try one, they are the loveliest vape...
